Mango canceled my flight at the end of January 2021, and 1 month later have not refunded me. I have sent in 75 email requests before the request was attended to, then I was told that that request was approved. @ weeks later (end of February 2021) their consultant, who I have been in contact with) said that it was a lie and no refund was approved.
