Luggage was tampered with and stuff ******

<p>After returning from a lovely vacation in Cape Town, I get home to discover that my external hard drive had been taken from my bag, this was the 22nd of January, 2 days ago. I immediately sent an email to the address on airline's website, but no one has bothered to respond, even now. Upon going to the office to notify them of the theft, they said I need to open a case with the police, and shortly after, called again saying that opening the case won't be of any help since the contents of the bag had already been emptied. As if there's a way of figuring out that stuff was ****** from your bag without taking things out of it. That is the story of how Mango ruined my whole vacation at the very end</p>
