Luggage damaged

Luggage damaged and when I reported it they came with lots of excuses trying to find fault on my side and when they realise they have nothing to find the tell metehy cant do it was suppose to report immediately whilst I explained all my reasons and reported,They took forever to get back to me after reported until numerous calls and emails.
