Luggage bag intentionally cut off the whole side

I was on a flight JE 529 on the 08 December 2015 OR Tambo to PE Traveling with my 11 month old son <br> <br> I checked in 2 of my luggage bags ( a big suitcase and a medium sized bag that had my baby's clothes) when departing at OR both in good condition.<br> Upon my arrival at PE airport i managed to collect one luggage suitcase, after everyone has collected my other bag is still nowhere to be found. <br> Its only later that i found it on the other side and it was the only bag to come out. To my surprise the whole side of my bag torn, to be precise IT WAS LITERALLY CUT OFF WITH A SHARP OBJECT (I wish you had an option to upload a picture)<br> <br> At PE the lady who was assisting me said i must live it behind for repairs and i did, to my suprise th didn't even have a mango contingency bag.<br> I didn't hear anything from the PE people until January when I contacted them. Wasting my time and money they played hide and seek, telling me that it is a\Head office matter\", I called head office they say its a\" PE matter\". Up to this day 4 MONTHS LATER i still call and play that game. <br> I told them that I DON'T WANT MANGO'S MONEY,I NEED ANSWERS NOW on why and how come such a thing happen? WHAT WAS THE MOTIVE BEHIND?"
