Luggage Assistance-JE123

I was travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town using Mango airline, Unfortunately our luggage was left behind. A lady by Luggage assistance was very helpful. I am very happy their service, they were answering the phone and called us back when they had too. They kept their word the luggage was delivered as promised. The luggage matter was an inconvenience however Mango dealt with it in a great way.
