Lost Luggage

I have travelled from Port Elizabeth to OR Tambo on 10th January, flight JE548.

Some of my stuff (medical aid kit and other stuff) was removed from my luggage.

It was worth R500 and I want Mango Airlines to compensate me for the loss.
