Long waiting time

I don't understand why you guys say people must call you so you can give them vouchers when your lines are forever busy. One stays on the line forever with no one answering the phone. Why do you even bother wanting to offer them a vouchers for the inconvenience that you guys caused when you know it's going to be an ever better inconvenience getting through to your call Centre.
