lazy and careless attitude

I was informed that I could collect my repaired suitcase at Mango ticket office where I handed it in 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival it was not there. The lady phoned the person I spoke to and he said the bag was with him and somebody should collect it there, since he was busy. The lady went off and never returned. 15 minutes later I asked where she could be and I was told that she had gone home.<br> There were 3 ladies in the office, no other customer in the line, but the lady said with an attitude of \I don't care"I should go down to arrivals and find out there.<br> After having been sent forth and back to info desk"
