Late Again

We were due to fly on Mango out of Durban at 17.45 on the 1st Oct 2017 but when we arrived at the airport the time had been changed to 17.50. This is standard Mango practice - they ***** the on time departure measurement by changing the time at the last minute. No worries - we used to that. Then the delay notices started - first delays by 30 minutes then an hour. We finally left, 4 hours late, at about 21.40. Pilot told us that this was due to "broken aircraft"- WONDERFUL! But at least he was honest - previously ground crew were blaming a storm in Joburg (but other Joburg flights were arriving and leaving more/less on time). The most annoying thing is that Mango itself had later flights from Durban leaving on time but we had to wait. Why? Easy....that messes up their departure measures if they make more passengers wait.
