Kindness when I was least expecting it.

On Thursday April 12th I was booked on Mango flight 408 from Cape Town to Bloemfontein. Lost in thought and sad to leave my my elderly father behind I arrived at the departure gate late, feeling guilty and expecting a rebuff from the MANGO staff, and knowing that I risked being declined. Instead the staff were kind and understanding, arranging to get me on the flight, where the similarly warm and friendly cabin staff welcomed me. (The flight departed on time.) Being late feels awful, but the understanding staff certainly brightened up my day, thank you!
