Just change your booked tickets for their own benefit

<p>I booked tickets through Mango flying to Durban on a Saturday morning at 06:30. And back to Johannesburg on the Wednesday at 17:45. I booked these tickets more than a month before the scheduled date, to make sure I get flights for those times! But behold!! Out of the blue, they changed my flights!! And all they do is send me an SMS informing me that my times have now changed! How on earth?? When I contact them about it, I do not get any response! So, if I cancel my flights with them, I MIGHT MIGHT get a refund, but because the tickets have been booked months before, it was relatively cheap, and so I will not be abe to book flights with another airline without having to pay more!! I think the worst is the feeling that I cannot do anything about it. They have my money, I have no other choice than to just fly with them, and they give a ****. But I can only hope, and do believe that what goes around comes around, and that Karma is a ***** and that one day this will happen with someone with much more power than me, and sue the **** out of them and make a huge noise about it, and that it will have an impact on Mango's income etc. </p> <p>No apologies, no explanation. Nothing. No, 'let's give you a voucher for your next flight or something! That's how much they give a ****.</p> <p>But I will go around everywhere where I can and rate them and review them and maybe somebody will read this message and go with another airline. And maybe that someone will tell their friends and families.</p> <p> </p> <p>You give a **** Mango. You do not care about your 'guests' at all. </p>
