JE704 LEFT ON BUS FOR 30MINUTES!!!! LOCKED

19h00 bus to Plane. Fully loaded sardines we made way to plane. 10min l8r, on bus at plane, not informed bout anything, doors were locked no aircon and no info.<br> 10 Min l8r bus to terminal, NO info!<br> +-30-45 minutes we were locked in Bus no Aircon on and no info. Infants on bus with Mothers.. to which no -one gave a Rats ASS either... We ask if someone can open the bus and we were just shyed away by the BUS driver & terminal staff outside the bus! (African Lady wearing Jacket C11) <br> How pathetic & unacceptable this is!<br> My husband and I were MADE to feel Extremely Uncomfortable & Claustrophobic, we immediately went up to change flight. The delayed flight was for 21h30, we said NO we not flying as it was enough for 1 day!<br> Anthea assist us 2 get bags& book flight next day<br> Did anyone apologise NO! just passing the buck Bus driver to Terminal staff (Jacket C11) unacceptable & pathetic! No 1 even tried to make us feel at ease after this or assist to calm down. Staff of Mango and the bus driver could of just informed us on problem... Not just leave like RATS in cage... <br> Our tickets should be refunded AS Mango need 2 rectify INCIDENT IN own policies! WE COULD NOT FLY AFTER THIS
