JE151 (from OR Thambo to CPT International)

Good day,

I’m very unhappy with the service yesterday from this airline.

I got to the airport at 14:30 yesterday for check-in for my flight at 16:45.

At 16:15 we queued to board and waited and waited.

Nothing happend at about 16:30 I went to the front and there they only informed me that the flight was delayed by 2hours.

Without any announcements.

We only departed 19:30 last night.

This is really unacceptable from the airline and Mango airlines.

Bad service is an understatement.

Really one of a lot of unhappy passengers that had to board this plane!
