Jabulani consultant & Mango the money making scheme

I’m so appalled by your service and particularly the service of the inbound agent I just spoke to by the name of Jabulani. Unfortunately I was unable to board my flight yesterday even though I was advised by one of the Mango Airline staff that online check-in closes an hour before boarding. I tried logging in online an hour before the scheduled take off but the site said “oops! Something went terribly wrong” It did not say that online check-ins has been closed. Non the less I proceeded to the check-In desk at 12:30 where I was told by the agent that I’m too late and was offered a standby ticket at an additional R730. I unfortunately didn’t get that either. I called the airline today to reschedule my return ticket and I spoke to Jabulani who had a condescending demeanor to say the least. He was unwilling to hear my point nor was he the least bit accommodating or even willing to. He referred to himself as the one in charge when I requested to speak to his senior. He went as far as reiterating that no senior of his would call me back and he and only HE was the best person to assist me with my problems. He referred me to the terms and conditions, totally disregarding what his colleague had advised me of, and went as far as saying he would call me back in 30 minutes after giving me a chance to read terms that he thinks only needs 5minutes to get through. He said he will give me that extra 25minutes to accommodate my slow reading if need be. I’m yet to get a call back from him. I booked a return trip from JHB to DBN At R1700, I was unable to check in online and your system did not advise that the option was unavailable at the time and now I’m being asked to pay a ridiculous additional fee and admin cost after being ill advised by your staff and inconvenienced by your systems. Had your system said that check in was closed I could have been at the check in desk earlier then the time I got there. I’m not at all happy with this airline and will not be referring you to any person in future. You are unprofessional and you pry on unsuspecting hard working individuals just to make an easy buck, sies!
