Items ****** from luggage, and Mango wont answer

We flew from Cape Town International to Johannesburg on the 22nd November 2015.<br> <br> Upon arrival, we waited for quite a while for our luggage. When we got home, we noticed that the bag looked a bit ruffled inside, and so decided to ensure that all of our personal belongings were accounted for. We realised that a pair of sunglasses and a watch (both very expensive items) were ******. The watch alone was to the value of R3000.<br> <br> We did not have space in our hand luggage for all our valuables, and find it quite disconcerting that items will be ****** from us every time we fly?!<br> <br> Quite concernced, and have been trying to get hold of Mango Airlines
