Internet Mango Reservation

EFT deposit made 16 March but booking was cancelled by Mango. Sent proof of payment 19 April. Response from Mango Refunds Dept was that feedback would be given within 48 working hours as per email sent 20/04. Spent an hour trying to reach a consultant. Response: No feedback received from their IT Dept. Give them below zero for customer service. My ref. QNZZRT
