Indefinite delays with Mango

A flight (JE245) from OR Tambo to King Shaka was initially scheduled to depart on Sunday 06/10/2019 at 11:15. We were notified around 10:15 that the flight had been delayed till 14:55. After waiting then arriving at the gate at 14:20, I saw the flight had been delayed indefinitely. Very little communication was given from Mango during this time, and we finally boarded the plane around 15:45. When we were all seated in the plane, the pilot notified us that there was an issue with some bag allocations, and we needed to wait a little while longer for this to be resolved. He also mentioned that the A/C was not working, so this also became another problem... We finally managed to take off around 16:05...

What a terrible first experience with Mango... I will definitely request that our company no longer use them going forward.
