My flight was booked and payment made via the mango website. A booking confirmation was received and the money debited from my account immediately. On arriving at the airport, I was told I am not on the flight, there is no reservation and that the payment has not as yet reflected on their side. <br> No one could give me a reasonable answer as to why I would receive a booking conformation if payment was not reflecting. I was told the flight was booked and would have to wait on standby.<br> The incompetence and rudeness of the mango staff at the airport is astounding. No one could assist in the matter, even managers showed incompetence in dealing with the situation. <br> I have since booked a flight on KULULA and am still waiting for a reference number to get a full refund from MANGO AIRLINES. <br> Pathetic service. Will never fly Mango airlines again.
