I want my money refunded as promised!!!

During the early stages of the lockdown I got a permit to travel to another province, booked a flight worth R2440.74 through Mango which was ridiculously priced but I needed to travel for Medical care. Instead of Mango notifying me that the flight had been canceled, I got an email with a voucher number. I then had to book another flight worth R984.48 through Mango using the voucher. This was back in June. I was told that I would not be able to use the voucher again as it can only be redeemed once then I'd need to contact the refunds department for the remaining balance of R1466.26. I reached out to them and they requested more info which I shared about 3 times now since each mail I sent i get an auto reply requesting the same information over and over again.

I have since been following up with them to get my refund and to date no one has attended to my mails. This is my hard earned money and I want it back! If I never have to use Mango services again it'd be too soon!!
