I HATE HIDDEN COSTS

Hi <br> <br> I made a booking to PE and selected Shoprite as a means of payment and when i did go pay i was told of a fee for ticket collection, what nonsense is that? i don't mind paying for the administration of the process i understand companies have to make money, what has send me off the rails is the fact that these guys where not NICE enough to tell me about the payment before hand. What kind of service is this? i am too scared to even board with them after i saw they have over 400 complaints and only 26 compliments???? what on earth are these people doing wrong?
