Huge disappointment at Mango airlines

Booked a ticket online with Mango airlines, the website timed out and stalled, 2 hours later i see the transaction on my credit card went through but by then i had already booked with another airline.

Went to Mango website and the website is down for maintenance. Whatelse could go wrong. Best part is theres no air ticket, no email sent to me yet the money is gone. No confirmation of ticket either.
