How Mango traumatised my children

I booked a flight to Cape Town for my wife and two children. When I booked I was told to bring the credit card I booked with, otherwise Mango would harass me. I made a note to do this, when I checked in I was not asked for it but asked for copies of my children's birth certificates. I didn't have them, I had the card I booked with as requested. the clerk then said tough, it's in the small print, you can't get on the plane. What a bully. I don't read small print because I trust Mango, I read small print if I don't trust someone. Mango adds fuel to the adage that when you fly, you pay a fortune to be treated like a ********.Mango could have simply told me to bring a copy of the birth certificates when I booked, what's to difficult about that? My friend flew BA with two minors and was not asked for this. I hate flying because of this type of mentality. mango traumatised my children, shame on you.
