How do you print my boarding pass for JNB, but then send my bag to CPT?

My bag has now been returned to me and I am very grateful towards the Mango staff who assisted me at O.R. Tambo Airport and the gentlemen who returned my bag to my house. However, all this trouble would not have been necessary if certain ground staff at King Shaka Airport were doing a better job!

After checking in online, I dropped my bag at the Mango counters at King Shaka Airport at 17:40 on Wednesday, December 21. (It was at the last counter on the left-hand side.) First of all, I can't see the point of checking in online, as the bag-drop line was about four times as long as the check-in line. (People in the bag-drop line, who had actually already checked in online, started going over to the check-in line because it was shorter.)

The lady at the last counter on the left-hand side, where I dropped my bag at 17:40, did not really make an effort to be friendly, but she printed my boarding pass for flight JE 284 to Johannesburg. However, the label she put on my bag was for flight JE 369 to Cape Town! (This, of course, I only learned after I had arrived in Johannesburg.)

This should not happen to your customers. I can understand when baggage sometimes gets delayed on long, connecting international flights. But for a 50-minute flight between Durban and Johannesburg, you've got to get the bags to the correct city on time!
