Horrible service with mango!

Hello how are u. Due to covid the wedding that I was going to attend in Durban I had been canceled . I am trying to get hold of mango airlines but I have not received a response! My reference number for my flight is TPLBKJ

I want a refund on my flight, I am absolutely disappointed at this service!
