Horrible Service! HORRIBLE

Your service is HORRIBLE! We are more than 3 hours delayed... no proper apology, when asked when we will be leaving, we just get "can't give you an answer", but we are stuck inside this plain. This is an utterly horrible experience, and for the life of me I hope that I NEVER EVER have to fly with you again.
