Horrible service and bad attitude of a consultant for a international travel package quote

Bad service and attitude from the travel agent that deals with international packages. I requested a quote on the travel package to Thailand for my birthday, at first when I gave her my details she sounded in a hurry and irritated , which I addressed with a collegue but she assured me that the lady speaks fast bla bla bla . Then I had to call back after a 24 hour turned around passed while waiting for the quote, then after the follow up a day later got a wrong quote for 2 people whereas the quote suppose to be for me alone. Then still called to rectify the error and told the lady that I need to deal with someone else as I have had it with her. She insisted that she needs to finish what she started then once she has updated the quote then she will transfer me to another consultant. Till now I'm still waiting for the correct quote and frankly speaking I don't want it just now my birthday is ruined cause of their bad service not sure if they will even deliver if they cannot deliver just a quote.

Very disappointed as they had just what I was looking for.
