Horrible service

Booked a flight two weeks ago from JHB to durban. Return flight was delayed with more than 4 hours due to them over booking the flight...... Seriously I booked and paid it 2 weeks ago HOW do you over book an entire flight..... Never using them again...... O and they made us strand around for more than a hour before giving us any further information...
