Horrible Horrible Horrible service

First time using Mango in years. Will never book Mango ever again.

So horrible

Booked a first flight of 5:55am to be in Cape Town 8:10. Flight was delayed for more than 2 hours. Communication was made last minute. We waited on the boarding gate specified on the tickets and was later on boarding time ONLY when we asked that’s when we were told to go to a different boarding gate all to also wait again. So horrible and imagine having a family emergency to attend to and get this. Wouldn’t recommend Mango to anyone .
