Horrible experience from Mango airlines

I booked a Mango flight from Cape Town international airport to Or Tambo airport Johannesburg on 2019-09-27 initially departure time was 19:00, flight number JE168 , seat 21A and my luggage number 0472 JE 657791.

The flight was delayed and departed at 21:45 to Johannesburg, upon our arrival at OR Tambo airport at 23:50 I went to fetch my luggage and realised that my bag had tempered with as the cable tyre which I used to tie the zip was not there anymore, I then reported the at their service desk and the lady who introduced herself as Nthabiseng was not surprised at all about the incident which shows that is a norm, 10 more people whose property were also ****** came to complain at help desk. It's really frustrating that after such long delay of flight, you find out that your property is ******. I never experienced such a bad and shocking service and I will never use mango again and I never recommend it to family , friends or anyone for that matter
