Horrible experience

Today was the first time I experienced horrible service by an airline I thought highly of,firstly missed a flight at lanseria airport but generally did not miss the flight because I was 20 minutes there before boarding but was told that it's to late,did an enquiry if we can exchange my flight for another but was told to go to OR Tambo and pay R1800 difference of which we paid,drove all the way from Lanseria to OR Tambo just to be told the flight is delayed by 2 hours when asking for our money we were told it will take 7days to refund but when they wanted us to pay the difference we did not hesitate and give stories ,I booked a shuttle in Durban and yes I even lost my money for the shuttle because of the damn service received,I will never use mango again!!and will not Advise anyone else to use it !
