Horrible Customer Service

This morning, I was late for my flight. Upon arrival, the lady, and gentleman at the counter were no helpful, and rude, with the lady saying' I control the flight, and I am not letting anyone on'. Yet, the flight was still being boarded. I would have been okay not being on the flight and met by respectable employees at your counter. I am not a rude or pushy person, but the contempt and hostility which I was met with was totally unacceptable. Were your employees rude to me because I am a woman, young, or because I wear a headscarf?<br>
