We were 9 minutes late to book in for a flight to Durban from Lanseria. Only hand lugguage. They refused to assist us, especially Tsholofelo Moyahi. While we were trying to get on the flight they still called people from the same flight to board. This is totally unacceptable. I want my money bac****! Will never book with Mango ever again. There customers mean nothing to them. While I am typing this the aircraft only left and it is more than an hour later.
