Have still not received vouchers since requested on the 23rd March 2020.

I have submitted forms and requested voucher numerous amounts of time since the 23rd March 2020 for my flights that were dated the 13th April 2020. I have still not received any feedback or acknowledgement. It states on website that it takes 7 days to process, What will happen now as my flight dates have now passed and I ahve still not received anything?
