Great service

<p>This review is loooong overdue. I was on a morning flight in October from jhb to cape town. All went normal but as I went to fetch my luggage my one bag never arrived. As my clothes was in their and I was thr only for couple of days i was really frustrated. I went to lost luggage counter at Mango. The gentleman helped me very friendly and professional. It gave me comfort and reassurance. He called me back within an hour telling me my bag was found in jhb and will be on the next plane in. They even delivered it to my hotel. Thanks guys. Will definitely use you in the future</p>
