Great Help at Booking in

I would like to commend the person at the booking desk and the flight controller of flight JE821 on 19 Jan for the fantastic help they gave me in booking in my Swiss Arm Knife at short notice to save me handing it in at security. The went beyond what could be expected by finding me a box and helping me get it on the flight at the last moment. Thank you.
