Further inconvenience

My Brand new luggage was damaged (torn) on flight JE542 on Friday. I am now expected to drive to the airport hand in the luggage so that they can repair it. This will amount to 100 km trip and then they will send in my luggage to have it repaired. I will then have to drive another 100 km to fetch the luggage. On return i will have a sown/repaired piece of luggage? As a professional person i will then also be stuck without my travel suitcase for weeks? Honestly Mango???
