Furious and disgusted

Furious. I am flying to Durban from Lanseria with my mom and mom-in-law (who has cancer) tomorrow morning and MANGO is not allowing me to change the seating so that at least my mom-in-law can sit near the front of the plane for her comfort. I called the call centre twice and the JHB airport desk once and they had a "couldn't give a stuff" attitude. Really! If this is their attitude to pensioners, us other mere mortals don't stand a chance. In tears. Never using such an UNCARING airline again.
