I recently booked a flight to Johannesburg via Mango Airlines official website. The website let me enter all my banking credentials and debited my account after authentication with my bank. To my surprise the bank was debited an amount of over R1000 only for the website to tell me costs have been recalculated and kick me out of the website. I did not get my booking confirmation. I logged a dispute with my bank and attempted the process again. The second time my account was debited and the process repeated itself. This is ********** behavior from Mango. I expect my R2800 in flight costs to be recompensed immediately as I was charged twice and not given any flight details to even query. This is pathetic from the airline
