I recently booked 3 x return air tickets from Cape Town to Bloemfontein. Unbeknownst to me, Mango charged an additional R895-00 travel insurance to my credit card. Totally unacceptable and **********!

I will NEVER fly with Mango again!

No wonder this carrier, with it's mothership, SAA and SA Airlink are in such a shambles!????????????????

It now turned out that it was Allianz who **********ly charged travel insurance to my credit card. Absolutely unacceptable! I keep on getting e-mails from Mango to call Allianz to sort out the problem. THE ****** AUDACITY!!! How about they call me?? Don't ever fly with Mango or associate yourselves with Allianz. They are *********!
