***** - Paid Prebooked seats never received on two flights

<p>We were on Flight from Lanseria to Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have done a pre-seat selection when doing my booking 8weeks ago and done payment for the additional service only to find out this morning in a very unprofessional manner whiles seated in the plane that our seat numbers which refers on my booking slip attached was changed without any notice? We are a family of 3 with a small daughter of 2 years and had to be "spit" with an isle seat. </p> <p> </p> <p>As reference:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. My booking notice and suppose to be "pre booking seats (6A,B &C)</p> <p> </p> <p>2. Our ACTUAL ,amended seats with NO notice (6E, 6C & 6D)</p> <p> </p> <p>Mango responded once on an email 2 weeks ago but up to date i had ZERO confirmation for our refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL not fly <strong>mango</strong> AGAIN</p> <p> </p>
