Fragile but now broken

On 9 January I flew back from Cape Town to Jhb. At the Cape Town check in counter I informed the agent that I have a FRAGILE parcel which she then advised me to take to the fragile counter (although I should have known better, I did as I was advised). On collection in Jhb I pick up the parcel that was wrapped in cloth and layers of bubble wrap and hear pieces of glass moving around. The parcel was then unwrapped and I discover that the glass of my framed artwork was in pieces. This is very disappointing when I had taken extra caution in trying to get my package to its destination in one piece.
