Fly Mango BAD service, still no refund after 3 months

What is going on at Mango???

Still waiting for a refund of my flight from 27th of July this year ref RCBJPV, every-time I call your staff tells me it will be paid this week but it still has not been! And to emails, well to emails you either don't get a response or a month later.

WHEN M I GONNA GET MY MONEY BACK???
