I have always used Mango airlines when flying however fly mango is a complete and utter ******* no matter what the circumstances. we were booked on a flight 13.08.2019 departing 15:55 from CT to OR Tambo and arrived late as the main roads were closed and we were forced to take a detour in an area unfami**** to us. we arrived at 15:30 after being stuck in congested traffic for over 2 and half hrs and was sent to another counter to speak to a fly mango manger that wasn't available. after being sent to and fro the plane eventually left and we were requested to pay R7600.00 for a flight difference for me and my family of 7. they do not offer any re-imbur*****t for the paid flights. they did not offer concern or compassion for me and my family, especially my children and I will never us this ******* airline again!!!!!
