Flight time changed, cant cancel for free

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I booked a return f;ight for someone else on Fly Mango. The times of the flights that were advertised were changed and I received an SMS saying that both the flights times have been changed. As these times were not suitable because a meeting needed to be attended (and the new flight time was later), I cancelled both the flights. On the phone with the assistant, she confirmed that I will get a full refund and will not incur any penalty because the reason for the cancellation was the fact that the time was changed by Mango Airlines. However, as per my reservation number, I see that I am charged R200 as a cancellation fee. This is incorrect as I cancelled because Mango Airlines changed the time of the flight. Please assist, the information provided to me by the assistant was incorrect!!!! Reference number PMJFNG.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you. </p>
