Flight sold out while making payment

<p>While making payment on Mango's online booking site the flight supposedly sold out. When I called the call centre they assured me the flight was still available but now at a higher price. I have been a frequent flyer with Kulula for many years and not once have I expereinced anything like this. Certainly, once I have selected a flight and I'm about to make payment, the flight should be secure. I feel duped!!! Went and booked with FlySafair instead. Will certainly never even consider Mango again. Sad that some companies take advantage of consumers in this way. Shame on you.</p>
