Flight needs to be CANCELLED!!!! and Voucher issued due to Covid 19 Cruise Cancellation

On 1 March requested a cancellation for a flight on the 12th of March, 2021. Spoke to Sello Mokoena. Sent him an email plus cancellation letter from MSC, because the cruise was cancelled due to Covid 19. Sent 2 follow-up emails to request what is going on - Need a cancellation as I will NOT be flying - how hard can it be? Need a voucher following my cancellation. Ref No: TSMGSC. Then contacted Hazel Gqubile who sent a message for cancellation. Flight has STILL not been cancelled.
