Flight JE217 Cape Town International to Lanseria 3 December 2107

My sister boarded the above flight from Cape Town International at 18h15, 3 December 2017. She was due to land at Lanseria at 20h15. There were weather problems and the plane was diverted to Gaberone. They were stuck in a hot stuffy plane without any refreshments not even water was offered for a period of 4 hours! Apparently Mango never had a permit to re-fuel at Gaberone and this had to be arranged, then a permit to take off needed to be arranged. We tried desperately to find out more information but all the Mango offices close at 21h00. There was absolutely no communication whatsoever.
