Flight Delayed with no Communication

Siyabonga Sibeko here. I am furious at Mango Airlines. I had booked a flight that was scheduled to depart Durban at 17:35 yesterday. I had subsequently arranged an evening meeting for 7pm. My first issue is that the flight was delayed and we had not been informed of the delay. What then further angered me is that the total delay came up to almost an hour. I would have been angry, but more understanding had we been told what was happening, but to be left in the dark is utter hogwash. I frequently fly with Mango because your rates are favourable, but more often than not I always have a complaint about my flight. Find a way to make things right by me.
