FLIGHT DELAYED - NO COMMUNICATION AND NO ANSWERS

Disgusted in mango service, technical issues shouldn't cause communication problems. PE2JHB delayed 3+ hrs. NoAnswer @ CallCenter either, tried 5 times each waiting more than 5+ mins for answer. All mango staff just missing at the airport, not even behind counters....
