Flight Delayed for 4hrs - jhb to plz

Today, our flight from JHB to Port Elizabeth is delayed for app. 4 hrs...we were supposed to Fly at 15:35...however currently we are still sitting at the JHB airport...No member of management has spoken to myself or other customers and Mango Airlines has given me 2 x R60 meal vouchers - my wife and myself - which means nothing by today's standards.....We are not Happy customers and would like a explanation and compensation for this poor service today....R60 cant buy back my time - contact me ASAP
